This article outlines the steps to follow when trying to find a user in the TRACC Client Admin Console (CLAC).
Step 1
Log in to the TRACC Portal (https://portal.traccsolution.com/) and click on the blue Client Admin Console button.
Step 2
Identify and click on the Search button, located to the top right of your screen.
Step 3
Fill in the users details in the Search pop up box. If the user has an identity, they will show up in a block towards the left of your screen. You may now click on the user's name to manage their access to TRACC applications.
