Users can only create assessments in the area that their Platform identity is assigned to, as well its child areas below.
When trying to create an assessment in an area outside of your area (or below), you will receive the following error message indicated in red.
There are two ways to resolve this error, with the help of your Super Administrator. They can:
- create an additional TRACC Platform identity for you, for the area that you want to create an assessment in.
- create the assessment in the applicable area for you.
Note: When opting for option 1, you will have to log into the Platform with the new identity to proceed with the task.
When switching between identities you might have to clear your cache each time the other identity is used, or use alternative browsers; otherwise you may encounter the above error even when using the correct identity.
