Essentially, Work Bundles provide a filtered view of an applicable TRACC's Assessment Criteria and Plan actions.
The purpose of a work bundle is to address a particular need within an organisation by applying a group of carefully selected Stop n Thinks (SnTs) and Implementation Actions (IAs) from the implementation plan. It assists in breaking up the detailed implementation plan into more prioritised, manageable pieces of work.
Once a Work bundle is implemented, you will only be able to see assessments (TRACCs) that you’ve created, which are applicable to that work bundle, in the assessment list.
For example, the 'Unplanned Changeover' work bundle applies to the following TRACCs:
- Focused Improvement (FI)
- Set-up Time Reduction (STR)
- Sales Planning (SP)
- Warehouse Management (WM)
- Asset Care (AC)
- Quality (QU)
- Procurement (PROC)
- Operations Alignment (OA)
So, when this work bundle is applied, you will only be able to see assessments that are created for these specific TRACCs. In addition, once you open one of those assessments, you will only be able to see the criteria specific to that selected work bundle. Notice that the criteria not applicable to the selected work bundle is also be greyed out.
The same will apply for the plan. It will only list plans, and the respective actions, which are relevant to the applied work bundle.
