The Platform Plan allows users to rearrange the stage designation of the actions. This may be useful if you wish to expedite activities to achieve quick wins, or delay activities which are being held up by dependencies. In instances where the target stage has been rearranged, you will find that the actions do not run in chronological order.
In the example below, notice that 2IA13 and 2IA14 are amongst Stage 3 actions and not the Stage 2 actions as generically ordered.
Follow the steps below to revert the actions back to their original order:
Step 1
Navigate to the applicable area where the plan actions are rearranged.
Step 2
Click on Plan.
Step 3
Expand the applicable plan or TRACC.
Step 4
Navigate to the applicable action that needs to be reordered and click on it.
Step 5
Click on the 'Target Stage' drop-down menu and select the stage it was initially assigned to. The stage in this example is Stage 2.
Step 6
Click Save.
Step 7
Refresh your browser and navigate back to the same plan. You will see that the action is now in the correct order.
