In the Leader Standard Work (LSW) application, one of the Task Collaboration features is that a task can be reassigned to another user to be completed.
Note:
- Only one user can complete the task, this is the person who the task is reassigned to.
- You can only reassign tasks to users who belong to your home area and above.
To reassign tasks:
Step 1
Navigate to the task you want to reassign in the Tasks list or Task Library.
Step 2
Click on the info icon on the task card.
Step 3
Click on the Actions drop-down arrow.
Step 4
Select Reassign Task.
Step 5
Start typing the user’s name or email address you want to reassign the task to, select them from the drop-down list and click Reassign Task.
The reassigned task will appear in both your Tasks list and Task Library, as well as the assigned user’s Tasks list and Task Library.
To unassign tasks:
Step 1
Navigate to the task that was reassigned, click the info icon and click unreassign.
