'Training Tasks' are assigned to users via Blended Learning training modules that they need to complete. These tasks are set up in the Learning tab in the TRACC Explorer.

When a user has been invited to complete a training module, they should receive an automated 'TRACC Explorer Workshop Invite' email.
Step 1
Log in to the Portal (https://portal.traccsolution.com/)
Step 2
Click on the link in the invite email (see above screenshot) or navigate to your 'Training Task' list in the Explorer.
Step 3
Confirm whether you can/cannot attend the assigned training module by clicking on either Can attend Training Module or Unable to attend Training Module.
Step 4
Confirm whether you want to accept or reject the task.
Step 5
Should the trainee confirm attendance, they will receive an automated Training Module Summary email.
Upon receiving the Training Module Summary email, the trainees must undertake the associated Cog. This can be accessed by clicking on the Cogs link in the summary email or the Cog link in the training task, in the Explorer.
The participants will also receive a Cog reminder email two weeks and a week prior to the workshop prompting Cog completion.
Step 6
Once the cog has been completed, click Confirm Cog Completed.
Step 7
Once the workshop has been attended or the scheduled workshop date has surpassed, click Confirm Attended Workshop.
All completed training modules can be found on the Completed page under Learning.
