When attempting to open a previously downloaded TRACC in the TRACC Reader, from within the V8 Platform, some users are getting the following error message:
To solve this, you need to:
Step 1
Delete the previous corrupted download by clicking on the 'tick' icon confirming that you want to delete the download.
Step 2
Confirm that you want to delete the download by clicking the Yes button
Step 3
Re-download the TRACC if you wish.
