Trusted Sites Settings
Internet Browser Settings
In order for the TRACC Platform to function correctly, you will need to ensure that Windows recognises TRACC Platform as a trusted site, and that the internet browser you intend to use does not block pop-ups.
Trusted Sites Settings
You will not need to set Trusted Sites settings for OSX Mac devices.
Microsoft Windows Settings
To add TRACC Platform as a trusted site, perform the following steps:
Step 1
In IE, select Internet options from the Tools menu.
Step 2
In the Internet Options dialog box, select the Security tab. Then, click the Sites button in the Trusted Sites section to add the TRACC Platform site to your list of trusted sites.
Step 3
In the Trusted sites dialog box, enter the domain name of the TRACC Platform server in the Add this website to the zone field, then click the Add button, and then click the Close button at the bottom.
Note: You might have to temporarily clear the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone checkbox. Once you have added the domain name, re-enable the HTTPS verification.
Step 4
Click the Okay button to return to the browser.
When you have added the TRACC Platform URL as a trusted site, the Trusted sites indicator should display in the status bar of your browser, as shown in the following example.
