What are the file size restrictions when uploading files to the TRACC Platform?

There is a file size limit of 16MB.  It is not recommended to upload documents that are bigger in file size.

There is no limit as to how much space for attachments.

The system will not slow down the larger the assessments get, however some exports might take longer as there will be more information to export.

We recommend that clients rather not use TRACC Platform as a Document Store, but rather use their own internal systems for this purpose.

You can attach files, comments and URLs to individual assessment criteria (or at assessment level).  Client’s can also use the URL option to link to their internal systems and are great for when:

• The files are quite big
• The documents are updated regularly
• There is a need for document security (sensitive material)
