I can’t see all users
You will only be able to see the users in your area and any child areas that fall beneath it. If you are only seeing a subset of the users you should see, ensure that all the search filters are cleared. Start by clicking the Search button on the right.
The Search tab will open. If you are using a small browser window, you may need to scroll down. Click the Clear Search to remove any search criteria that may have been selected. The user list will immediately update.
Click the X at the top of the Search tab to close it.
