Why is “Create a Plan” greyed out on the right-click menu in the planner?
An Action Plan already exist for that area so there is no need to “Create Plan”. That’s why the functionality is greyed out.
To include a TRACC in an existing plan, perform the following steps:
Step 1
In the Planner, right-click and select Update Plan.
Step 2
In the Assessment Picker, select the assessment you want to include and click Continue.
