Why am I unable to update assessments?
By default, users can only create or edit assessments and plans in their own areas, but can view these items in other areas. Users are only able to access TRACCs and manage other users within their own area.
The ability to edit an assessment is restricted to its owner – that way it is ensure that nobody makes changes to someone else’s assessment. If a user wants to make changes to an assessment that is not theirs, they need to take ownership of it by right-clicking on the assessment and selecting Change User, then selecting themselves as the new owner.
