My assessment progress is not being saved?
In some instances, TRACC Platform (digiTRACC) users’ criteria answers are not being saved. If a user answers some criteria, closes and reopens the assessment criteria window, the Yes or No responses will revert to an empty checkbox instead. This issue can be caused by the Skype Click to Call add-on.
As an interim workaround you can disable Skype Click to Call but you must inform CCI support of this issue so a fix can be pushed to your installation. You can contact support at support@traccsolution.com.
Disabling Skype Click to Call in Internet Explorer
Step 1
Open Internet Explorer.
Step 2
Select Tools > Manage add-ons.
Step 3
The Manage Add-ons window opens. Select the Toolbars and Extensions category and select the Skype Click to Call add-on. Click Disable to disable the add-on. Click Close.
Step 4
Open Internet Explorer and access the TRACC Platform. Navigate to an assessment and answer a criteria question to ensure criteria answers are being saved.
