I am unable to edit the assessment template.

When attempting to open the Assessment Template via the Document Tree the following error occurs:

By default only Super Administrators and Best Practice Leaders are permitted to make changes to assessment templates in the document tree.

You will either need to ask your Super Administrator or Best Practice Leader to implement the required changes or request to have your role changed to enable you to implement the changes to the assessment template. Someone at a higher level will need to change your role to a Site/Area Facilitator to enable you to make changes to the assessment template.
