How do I change user ownership?
By default, installations of TRACC Platform are configured to recognise ownership by users, so that a user (usually the creator) can own items such as assessments and plans. Only the owner of an assessment may change the assessment responses, and only the owner of a plan can update it.
To change the owner of an assessment or plan, perform the following steps:
Step 1
Locate the assessment in the Assessment List pane or open the area’s plan. Right-click on the assessment or anywhere within the plan, and select Change User.
Step 2
The Change Owner window opens. Select the new owner from the Assign user documents to drop-down list and click the Save button.
